If someone other than the owner will be purchasing for your dealership at an auction, the owner must authorize that person in advance in writing.

To authorize a representative to act on behalf of the owner, an Authorized Representative Form must be filled out and be signed by the owner. All information below is required:

1) Representative's Name
2) Representative's Social Security Number
3) Representative's Drivers License Number
4) Representative's Date of Birth
5) Copy of Representative's Drivers' License
