If someone other than the owner will be purchasing for your dealership at an auction, the owner must authorize that person in advance in writing. To authorize an agent to act on behalf of the owner, a written letter of authorization must be sent to us on company stationary and be signed by the owner. The letter must include the following information:
1) Agent's Name 2) Agent's Social Security Number 3) Agent's Drivers License Number 4) Agent's Date of Birth
Also, please remember that to attend one of our auctions you need to provide a COPY:
1) Current resale number (CA only) 2) Current DMV resale license, or equivalent 3) Export documents (exporters only) 4) Company business card 5) Federal Tax ID number 6) Social Security Number 7) Copy of driver's license
