Upload Vehicles Online

Enter the Year, Make, Model and VIN of each vehicle you are sending to auction along with the type of documents you possess for the vehicle.

Send Paperwork

After submitting online consignments, please make copies of vehicle documents and email them immediately to the NPA location where your vehicle will be consigned. Immediately after emailing, send the physical paperwork to the Consignment Admin of the NPA facility the vehicles are going.

Condition Reports

When the vehicles arrive at NPA they will receive a comprehensive Condition Report (CR) that will be used to provide buyers with an accurate vehicle condition. After bikes have been CR’d and cleaned they will be tagged, given an auction number and put in line in preparation for the auction.

Receiving Payoffs

All payoffs are sent from NPA San Diego, Corporate Headquarters. Lakeland, Denver, Sacramento, and Portland payoffs are sent to the dealers Monday following the auction. Atlanta, Dallas, and San Diego auction payoffs are sent to dealers the Tuesday following the auction. Cincinnati and Philadelphia auction payoffs are sent to dealers the Friday following the auction.
