Lightspeed dealers can add a custom "Major Unit Inventory" report to their Lightspeed EVO system. NPA has partnered with CDK Lightspeed to provide NPA dealers with a specialized inventory report designed to run alongside the NPA Inventory Valuation tool. With these tools dealers can quickly compare costs to current values and manage their inventory accordingly. Dealers can also email this report directly to their NPA sales rep and we will add another level of expertise in the valuations.

Report Set Up Instructions

1. Download the NPA report

DOWNLOAD 703.RPT FILE HERE

2. In Lightspeed EVO, go to Sales > Custom Reports > Major Unit Inventory

3. Select the Import Report button in the top left

4. Select the binocular button next to File to upload. Navigate in the File Explorer window to where you have the 703.rpt file.


5. Select the Upload button to import the report.

6. The report is now in your Sales – Custom Reports – Major Unit Inventory screen list. Run the report and select Save To CSV File in print options.
